Welcome to the seventh consecutive Space Apps Vaasa event.

We are looking for problem-solvers, engineers, business people, artists, coders, makers and space enthusiasts to join the event.

NASA’s International Space Apps Challenge 2022 will be hosted in Vaasa by Design Centre MUOVA, VAMK / West Coast Startup and the Kvarken Space Center as part of EU Interreg BA KvarkenSpaceEco project.

The event will be hosted in person. We will be providing coaching for team building/idea building, data research and application develepment by our on site experts, so this is a great event for learning new things too. You can bring your laptops, electronics etc. with you to tackle the challenges. We have basic hobby supplies available on site.

Preliminary timeline for both days: the venue opens at 10.00 and closes at 20.00.
