Frome the Earth to the Sun
High-Level Project Summary
We are БАДЖ (BADZH) - a team of two creators. We chose “The way to the Sun” challenge to tell the story of the Parker Solar Probe which was the first ever object to touch the sun. We also wanted to show its findings. This challenge is very appropriate for us, as we can tell stories and interactively show them with a unique design. We researched for 30 hours about the Parker Solar Probe and collected data about its way to the Sun. Then we tried to summarize all data and wrote it as a story in a simple language with animation and visuals on a site that we created.

Detailed Project Description
Our project aims to tell this extraordinary story and make it available for anyone who reads it, because it’s difficult to understand what NASA achieved with this project. Also we are planning to translate the story into Russian in order to reach more people.

Hackathon Journey
First of all, this hackathon connected us as a team and gave us a real chance to test our work and skills under time constraints.. We started the work immediately after the kick-off, and we delegated all the tasks between us and then started the research. Having gathered the data, we had to check it out several times and then tried to find a way to make it simple and turn it all to a story with a plot.
It was a little bit challenging to find out correct associations and objects to make a proper visual for our site. Also we had to make it modern, visually attractive and understandable for our audience. Moreover, we had difficulties with sorting the data we received, beacuse it would be boring if we added every detail.
The first day was fully dedicated to the work, and we exchanged ideas with mentors to get constructive feedback.
The next morning we
worked on packaging it into a product our product. We saw that the time is running out and did our best to reach our goal.
Furthermore, we personally got a lot of information about the space and solar system. Here we would like to thank NASA and American Space Dushanbe for all the contributions and opportunities that you provided.
