Team Icarus

Just updating Irfan's not-so-exciting team story. #sorrynotsorry

Shantanu, Arban and I had been a tech nerd trio since our late school days and continued that legacy by handling most of the technology stack of our team. We met Irfan through an University club and has become an inseparable part of our team through his unparallel expertise in every field from management to technical and writing skills and have been the sole coordinator of our team. And, Raha was a person that everyone in campus knows for her exceptional public speaking skills, so she was the go to person for the role of representing the team.

Team Icarus has these 6 members:

1. - Farzana Reefat Raha. is currently studying in Computer Science and Engineering from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology. She has always been passionate about technology, solving problems and public speaking. She's the life of the group, and provides support to whoever is in need of it.
2. Irfan Nafiz Shahan, studies Electrical and Electronic Engineering in Shahjalal University of Science and Technology. His passions lie in solving difficult challenges that are yet to be solved, and hopes to leave a mark on the world someday.
3. Al-Mubin Khan Nabil, the 3D designer of the team, studies Computer Science and Engineering in Shahjalal University of Science and Technology. He's enthusiastic about everything that entices him, and is an avid programmer and designer.
4. Md. Arban Hossain from University of Dhaka studying Robotics and Mechatronics Engineering, and dreams of using technology to solve real life problems.
5. Saadman Sakib is also currently pursuing Robotics and Mechatronics Engineering degree in University of Dhaka and is greatly interested in control system design of automated spacecraft.
6. Shantanu Rahman from Islamic University of Technology studying Electrical and Electronics Engineering is fascinated by Space Exploration and Robotics. He's also one of the core reasons the team is sometimes unable to work because they are laughing intensely because of jokes that he has cracked.

Even though the team is from 3 different universities. The team met each other from mutual friendship. Saadman, Arban and Shantanu were all college friends of Nabil, so from our common interests, work ethic and desire to make an impact, we were very quick to bond, thus forming the team that you see now, TEAM ICARUS!

As a team, we hope to learn and grow together, and try our best to solve some of the most enticing challenges currently available and learn as much as we can in the process.

We also love chilling out with some tea by the side, and having deep conversations about academics, and our interests in general!

We're extremely grateful to BASIS for organizing this wonderful event, and letting us make us of this opportunity to work together as one, and trying to solve problems that are meaningful to the world!
